Arrival

In-person clients arrive try to arrive at least 15 min early to your scheduled appointment (not required). If you are going to be late, please notify the service provider immediately.  A 15 min grace period is allowed, but please be advised that it may affect the time alloted for your free consultation. If you are more than 15 min late we may continue with your session. However, the time will be subtracted from your appointment time. Therefore, you may not get the most out of your service. If you need to reschedule please due so at least 24hrs in advance otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.

Deposit

A $50 Booking Fee is required in order to secure your appointment time. Your session is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. The deposit will go towards your service and the remaining balance will be due immediately once services are rendered. 

Online Clients

Online clients are permitted to schedule within the 4-7pm time slots only. Online clients must pay for their services in order to confirm booking. There is limited availability for Herbal Formulation clients, as this service is a detailed analysis or your specific goal and target market.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds on products, services or deposits.
