No Guarantees; Results May Vary. We make no representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee — express or implied — regarding any specific outcome, benefit, or result. Individual responses to frequency-based modalities vary widely from person to person and session to session. You may notice no effect, a temporary effect, a delayed effect, or no effect at all.

Remote / Distance Sessions. Remote sessions are conducted without in-person physical assessment. As with in-person sessions, remote sessions are for general wellness and entertainment purposes only, are not a diagnostic or treatment service, and carry the same limitations described above. It remains your responsibility to disclose any relevant health conditions and to consult your physician before participating.

Assumption of Risk; Limitation of Liability. By booking or receiving a session, you acknowledge you are participating voluntarily and assume any risk associated with these services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divine Path 6, LLC, its owners, practitioners, employees, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of these services. A separate waiver and health disclosure form is required before your first session.
